There are many senior golfers who can still play a good game of golf due to the fact of playing and practicing throughout the years…however their swing execution, power and overall consistency has been dramatically affected. Therefore, it is critical for senior golfers to maintain or increase strength, flexibility, even balance and coordination to preserve the performance or level of golf they so yearn to achieve. Given the above scenario, I hope you realize the importance of golf strength training. 

For those of you that understand the term “Power Piston” to mean a specific design in the Meucci line of cues, you already know what I am referring to.
