Some terms:
Rates means the rate of experience gain on the server, 1x means blizzlike experience gain. 
5x means exp gain is increased 5 times the normal amount and so on.
Instant means instantly get to x level as mentioned, like a free boost to max level or previous level cap.
RaF means refer a friend bonus in experience gain.
